Valentine’s Day Party

Come share the love!  Join us for a traditional valentine swap and don’t forget your mailbox (something large with your student’s name on it).  There will be prizes for the most creative mailboxes, and everyone is encouraged to bring sweets, finger foods, and drinks to share.  There is a large field nearby for older students to enjoy football or soccer, and the little ones will surely enjoy the sand pit and playground.  Paper goods and ice will be provided.

We usually have a large turnout for this event, and your students are welcome to prepare as many valentines as they want.  Usually 40 to 60 valentines are about right.

Please note that when you arrive, leave your valentines in your car until it is time to “deliver” them.  Your mailboxes will need to be set up at the designated area for entry in the mailbox contest and for receipt of “deliveries.”  Valentine delivery will begin at 1:00.

PS Make sure those mailboxes can handle all the valentines coming their way!  Also, be sure that your student’s name is clearly visible on the mailbox.
