There is no refund policy for paid admittance as often group admittance is pre-paid to the event location. When refunds are possible, we will issue an online credit that you can use for future events.
If reservations are not paid by the reserve date, the reservation will be cancelled.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an informational email about a week before the event to direct you in where to be for admittance. If you do not receive an email by this time, please contact us immediately! Also, if you do not arrive at an event by the times and using the instructions in the email, we cannot be held responsible for denial of admittance by event staff or location.
