What we are asking of participating organizations:
A timed field day activity for your station
Representatives to man the station and direct families/students (this is your one-on-one moment)
Tent with information table and/or signage at your station
Hand sanitizer should also be available at each station.
Small token prizes for each student participant – roughly 200 pieces (these can be promo materials, small pieces of wrapped candy, Oriental Trading fun, etc)
Small monetary donation to cover police security ($50 suggested donation)

Don’t forget to send us a logo and/or contact information for us to share on the event webpage, in event emails, and on our social media outlets
Details for the day:
Set up begins at 12:30pm at designated spot in the park’s large field (we will only have spots available for those who contact us about participating)
Activities begin at 1:30pm and will begin to wrap up at 2:30pm

What if it rains? We will continue with the event if there is no thunder/lightning or threatening storms. We will communicate with you if we are able to locate a nearby indoor option.
